I wrote this book over a five-month period of my life. I started writing because the opposite was too terrible to think about. You’re about to read a daily account of something I went through that changed everything. It started as a normal story, but quickly became something much bigger. This is a story about waking up to your highest reality. This is a conversation about finding the light in your eyes. I do not say that after embarking on a pilgrimage where I found extraordinary insight. This story is not about finding a great mentor in the hills of India. I do not come to you after conquering a huge physical feat, or facing some kind of insurmountable demon. This is not a story about surviving against all the odds.
