Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is a holistic, hands-on therapy that encourages the self-healing abilities of the body by tapping in to its blue-print. It is applied by using a sequence of gentle and specific cross-fibre muscle moves. These moves are applied at specific points across muscles, tendons and ligaments, mainly influencing the fascia (connective tissue), but also acupressure points, trigger points and meridian lines. Through this unique treatment, the body is being reset, balanced and any dysfunction is corrected which results in long lasting pain relief.

I’m an active guy but I suffer from chronic arthritic back problems. Was only just diagnosed with it a year ago. I had injections but they didn’t work. 8 months ago I went to St John of God and had a rhizotomy injection. They helped, but the pain still prevented me from getting back to the gym or playing sport. Cranio-sacral Therapy
Cranio-sacral Therapy addresses the body’s central nervous system. More specifically the cranium (head), spinal cord and sacrum. It does not involve any manipulation or adjustment of the spine. But a therapeutic touch to the body. Very gentle and barely detectable movements are applied to influence the pressure and circulatory rhythm of the spinal cord fluid. Any dysfunction and imbalances can be accessed and corrected, and a connection to the underlaying health will be established.
Cranio-sacrum achieves pain-free corrections of the cranium and sacrum based on the body’s self-healing abilities. It is experienced as therapeutic and relaxing. |

A Reiki treatment gets the energy flowing again and can therefore restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki is applied by channelling energy by the means of gentle touch. It is pain-free, stress-free and heals on all levels. The treatment follows a traditional pattern of hand positions, resting without pressure on the body.
